Please note: Our biltong & dry wors are made without chemical mould inhibitors. Unopened, sliced biltong must be refrigerated, while whole pieces and dry wors can be frozen. Once a bag has been opened, it should be kept in a cool, dry place, and consumed within 3 days of opening (not that it survives that long LOL).

IMPORTANT: I’ll make fresh biltong, dry wors and chilli bites on my return from South Africa next week.  Orders placed now will be shipped the following week.
